Before you apply, consider the following:
- Do you have any other commitments during Spring Break, March 11-18, 2017 (family events, athletic team commitments, potential RA training)? Participants will be expected to be available for the duration of the Spring Break trip in order to be selected. Please contact us at the CCE if you have any questions about availability.
- What is your trip preference? You will be able to rank the three trips in order of your preference; however, you are not guaranteed your first choice. More information is available on the 2017 Trip Locations page.

Applications are still open but spots are filling up – get your application in as soon as possible.
Students are asked to submit a $25 deposit with your application. Deposits can be made via Venmo, cash or check. Venmo $25 to CCE CMC and list ASB deposit in the memo line, or drop off cash or check to Shayla Chalker in DOS/Heggblade. Checks should be made out to Claremont McKenna College. Your deposit will be applied toward the total trip cost.
Financial aid is available for students who receive need-based aid from CMC; if you are interested in applying, please check the box on your application or email Amy Bibbens at the CCE.
All currently enrolled CMC students are welcome to apply. However, this program is only open to students that will be on campus for the spring semester. Applications are subject to review by the Office of the Dean of Students, in addition to the ASB committee composed of CCE Staff and student trip leads.
